Scholastic Art & Writing Awards Cites Talent at Lafayette

Lafayette High School students excelled in the 2025-26 regional Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, earning 20 gold keys that qualify them for national competition this summer. 

This contest is the nation’s longest-running, most prestigious recognition initiative for creative students (grades 7-12) and the largest source of scholarships for young artists and writers. Students from Fayette County Public Schools compete in the regional contest organized by the Art Academy of Cincinnati, which encompasses parts of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.
