Scheduling Information

*Scheduling Process:

Students will need to do 2 parts of the scheduling process. *If not enrolled in our district just yet, please see enrollment information below.*

1. Turn in your hard-copy schedule cards by the deadline

2. Complete your on-line scheduling, steps below: (If you are not enrolled in our district, you do not need to do this step)

1. Log into your Infinite Campus Student Portal with SSI "Student Sign On"

2. Click on "more"

3. Click on "course registration"

4. Click on "Lafayette High School" - if you are districted for another high school then that high school will be listed. Please reach out to your Counselor regarding enrollment or change of address.

5. Click "Add Course"

6. Make sure to add both 1st sem and 2nd sem courses. When you get to 100%, you have completed the process. Don't forget to add your 2 alternate choices.

*Enrollment Information

Pre-Engineering & SCAPA- Incoming Pre-Engineering and SCAPA students, once the Registrar receives all that have been accepted, she will send an email with instructions regarding enrollment.

IF your student is coming from a private school or not currently attending a Fayette County Public School:

student birth certificate
student social security card for KEES college funds
up-to-date immunizations
parent photo ID
copy of current lease/deed with guardian's name – attach in the online enrollment application
copy of a current utility bill with guardian’s name- attach in the online enrollment application
complete the online enrollment application at https://www.fcps.net/Page/17258

IF your student is coming from a Fayette County Public School:

copy of current lease/deed with guardian's name – attach in the online enrollment application
copy of a current utility bill with guardian’s name- attach in the online enrollment application
complete the online enrollment application at https://www.fcps.net/Page/17258 this will allow us to update your current household info such as address, emergency contacts, and phone numbers.

IF coming from homeschool:

you will need to email Mr. Crabtree kevin.crabtree@fayette.kyschools.us and request a homeschool evaluation.

Some of the required documents can be attached to the online enrollment application. Other documents can be emailed to rebecca.frakes@fayette.kyschools.us. Please include your online enrollment application confirmation number.
